Repression: The Canadian police arrests a Basque citizen in Quebec

The neighbour of Beasain Iban Apaolaza has been arrested in Quebec by the Mounted Police of Canada, according to the information given by the Spanish Home Ministry that remembered that there was a search and arrest order for a "crime of terrorism". The announcement on his arrest was facilitated, at least, with three days of delay.

They are already three the Basque citizens arrested outside the borders of the States Spanish and French since ETA ended the permanent cease-fire.

The first prisoner was Bittor Tejedor, was arrested 1st June in Vancouver, also in a Canadian police operation.

The second was Andoni Aspiazu, arrested the past 12th June in Mexico and handed over to the Spanish authorities the following day.
